Chinese developer Dahua has launched the new $1.5 billion Menangle Park development project.

Comprising 4,000 lots, the master planned community is located just 10 minutes from Campbelltown city centre and approximately 65km from Sydney CBD.

Dahua Group Australia NSW and QLD CEO Eric Li said Menangle Park will be one of south west Sydney’s most anticipated residential communities.

“It will act as a destination location promising exceptional amenity and community assets from day one,” Li said.
