Save Up To 15k* With NSW Cap Increased To 950k*

Buyers can rejoice with the recent announcement of the Homebuilder Grant extended until 31st March 2020.

For a limited time only, you will now be able to save up to and benefit from the increased property price cap for NSW residents to the value of $950k*, which can apply to a single or double storey build.

Buyers will also enjoy an extension to the construction commencement timeframe from three months to six months for all HomeBuilder applicants. This will apply to all eligible building contracts signed between 1st January 2021 and 31st March 2021, but will also be backdated and apply to all contracts entered into on or after 4 June 2020.
