Dahua Group Sydney (DGS) are delighted to report that the State Government has approved the Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA), which secures the funding and delivery of the Spring Farm Parkway project.

The Spring Farm Parkway project is a significant piece of infrastructure that will greatly benefit future residents of Menangle Park and the Macarthur region.

Stage 1 of the Spring Farm Parkway provides a new four lane road that directly connects Menangle Park to the Hume Motorway.

Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) who will be managing the project, commented as follows:

“Spring Farm Parkway at Menangle Park would ultimately provide a connection between Camden Bypass, the Hume Motorway and Menangle Road to provide an east-west link that would service existing and future residential land releases and support the Greater Macarthur Growth Area.”

Funding for the Spring Farm Parkway project is not only great news for the DA to proceed, but it is a significant piece of infrastructure that will greatly benefit future residents of Menangle Park and the Macarthur region.
